Traditionally, the construction process has included programs for building quality control and assurance. CTI offers a new range of services which are rooted in a thorough understanding of each project’s drawings and specifications: Quality Verification. At CTI, we believe that it is only through verification that the client can truly be assured of building quality.
CTI’s team of experienced professionals are dedicated to monitoring all aspects of the construction process and will take the time necessary to independently examine construction quality in order to ensure that the overall project “vision” has not been compromised.
Whether coordinating punch list activities, providing condition surveys, inspecting and certifying the installation of EIFS products, or conducting due diligence studies, we will work closely with the contractor’s quality control representative and/or architect to identify deficiencies of non-compliant workmanship or damage.
Just as identification is vital to quality assurance, a program that monitors deficiency remediation and verifies completion and compliance is critical to ensure any project’s building quality. We believe the key here to be documentation. Our services will include daily written reports and a digitally photographed catalogue of items and conditions, providing the client with an accurate and comprehensive visual record of construction progress.
Through CTI’s program of verification, the client will realize savings through lower maintenance costs which in turn translate into a longer building life expectancy as well as satisfying warranty requirements.
