This exciting and dynamic position requires excellence in four key competencies: Operations Management: Lead all day-to-day branch operations including direct supervision of project management, dispatch, laboratory, administrative and support staff. Quality Control: Oversee the technical excellence of all branch service providers, and insure that the highest levels of quality and integrity are the standard deliverable to our clients. Client Management: Enhance our client satisfaction ratings by providing thorough construction tests and inspections in the most timely and professional manner, and maintaining continuous communications to build long term relationships.
